Elastokote 1K is a bitumen-rubber-based, ready-to-use, one-component, water-based liquid membrane reinforced with elastic additives, used against water and moisture. After the evaporation of the water in it, it adheres strongly to the surface it is applied to, forming an elastic layer that is resistant to water and moisture.

Use Areas

• On all horizontal and vertical surfaces,
• In the insulation of foundations, cellars and basements,
• It is used under the coating in terrace insulation.
• On cracked surfaces or in insulation applications that need to withstand higher pressure water, plaster mesh, isolation cloth, etc. used with the equipment.
• The screed material obtained by mixing Elastokote 1K, sifted fine sand and some cement can be removed with a trowel, leveling the pits on the floor or creating a protective layer on the insulation layers.
